Thanks to everyone who joined us for Core Wars last Wednesday, the evening went well with people writing some really competitive programs.
Our next event is Geek Night this Saturday.
On Wednesday of fourth week we will be joined by CoreFiling
who will be talking about Java 8.

Lecture Theatre A - 7:00pm Wednesday (4th week)
David North from local software company CoreFiling will talk about his experience of using Java 8 in the real world. Do lambdas make everything better? What is a stream and how would you use one? Are default methods multiple inheritance by the back door? He'll attempt to answer all of these questions and more.
