Department Of Computer Science - Lecture Theatre A

This week we have a guest company, GreenQloud, coming in to do a talk on Cloud Computing.

Tryggvi Larusson, CTO and Cofounder of GreenQloud will be joined by Jonatan Nilsson, GreenQloud developer and QloudPay Lead, to discuss the components, software, systems and security of the Public Cloud. They'll review the unique approach to GreenQloud's cloud structure from its renewable energy powered services to its architecture and APIs.

GreenQloud are a hosting company based in Iceland. They have data centres that utilise 100% renewable, carbon neutral energy.
