Dear CompSoc members,

We are excited to announce that we will be holding a formal election next Tuesday (7th Nov) to expand our committee. This is an excellent opportunity for appending your CV with experience organising a well-established Oxford University society, as well as networking with us and our various sponsors (Bloomberg, Citadel, Jane Street, etc.).

We have a hefty amount of funds available to spend on fun events, games, competitions, goodies, and excursions, and you will have the opportunity to suggest activities and investments that you deem exciting/worthwhile.

Some of the available roles include Vice President, Social Secretary, web developer/designer, and forming part of a one-off committee to plan and organise our upcoming hackathon in Hilary Term. We are also open to consider various non-core roles, such as Leader of LANs/Gaming, Leader of Retro Computing, and other suggestions.
