Much of the Internet depends on our technology every day. Ensoft is also one of the UK's most successful small software companies, with a team of about 50 engineers and over £7.5 million in annual turnover. We've grown by recruiting some of the very best Oxbridge graduates each year. We still have limited openings for exceptional graduates to join us in September 2012. Our starting salary of £33,000 is set at a level to attract the best applicants, and it rises rapidly in line with performance. Do you want to find out more? Come and chat to us at the Job and Internship Fair at the Oxford Town Hall on Thursday 14th June 2012, 2.30pm to 5.30pm. Our graduate recruitment process is dead simple:

Josie, Oxford, MathsAt the beginning of my fourth year, I started vaguely thinking about what I'd do next. I'd done a couple of computing modules during my degree and, although they were strictly theoretical, it was enough to convince me that I might enjoy working as a software developer. Fortunately Ensoft didn't see my lack of practical experience as a drawback; in fact, I'm not sure I was even asked about it during the interview.I started at Ensoft in September 2010, with three others, and initially felt rather the odd one out, as the only one who hadn't done any real coding before. However, the training started at a good level; simple enough for me to understand, but not so basic that the others were bored.... To read Josie’s full casebook click here. Toby, Cambridge, MathsAs I entered my final year at university, it dawned on me that four years of lazing around playing football would shortly be coming to an end. While weighing up where to start with the job hunting process, I stumbled across the Ensoft presentation. The work sounded interesting, the starting salary was good and the application process was so simple that I sent off my CV the next day. The application process lived up to its billing - just an aptitude test and a couple of interviews and I never even had to leave Cambridge. A couple of weeks later I was sitting on a job offer and looking forward to a final year without the pressure of finding a job....To read Toby’s full casebook click here. |
