There will be no event this Wednesday so our first event will be *Learn To Code* on Thursday, covering Functions and Libraries with the main group, and Compound Data Structures with the secondary group. See below for links to last week's material.
*Geek Night* will be on Saturday, join us for games, coding, and pizza.
We also have a notice about the interdisciplinary *IN[SCI]TE* conference in 0th Week Trinity, with over 30 undergraduate talkers and some exciting keynote speakers it is well worth a look. Details are below.
Finally a penultimate reminder about the *AGM* next Wednesday. If you cannot attend but are a CompSoc member please do nominate a proxy, just reply to this email specifying a current CompSoc member who will be attending (any member of the current committee is a good choice).

Our sixth Geek Night of 2016, with our usual selection of food, drinks, games, chatting and coding. We would love to see some new faces, so please do feel free to come along. Open to all members and anyone interested in joining.

We require 20 voters to meet quorum, so please do nominate a proxy if you cannot attend. At our annual general meeting we will be electing our new executive committee for the next year. The positions up for election are:

President: Leads the society and liaises with the senior member.

Secretary: Organises events and logistics.

Treasurer: Handles the society bank account and reimbursements.

Anyone is welcome to attend, but only CompSoc members may cast their vote on motions or run for positions. If you are not yet a member register this term to have your say on the future of the society. The conference will be on Monday and Tuesday of 0th Week Trinity term, 18-19th April, at Merton College. Tickets are £25 for the whole two days.
