Newsletter - scholarship

Hi CompSoc! An uncommon thing to receive a newsletter in the middle of vac, but I write to share information about a Scholarship granted by the Oxford Careers Service. Please have a look and hopefully it will be of interest to some of you. Scholarship The Science to Data Science programme (S2DS) offers hands on commercial experience data science experience to augment our students’ research and technical skills. - Applications are invited from data literate Masters and DPhil candidates who already have considerable coding (Python) experience. - Applications close on 30th April for a late July start. Two other programmes run each year, across the October /November cusp, and again in March/April. - Pivigo provide one dedicated Oxford fellowship (full fee remission) for every programme, which has a separate application route.
