*2. **Sofmor (Social Learning Platform) is looking for a Back End Developer*
Hi
I'm Managing Director of Sofmor, a unique and exciting social learning platform aimed at uni/college students - we tend to explain it best as facebook meets blackboard/moodle- and we're after a back-end developer/CTO + co-founder. We've already gathered interest from investors, educators and students alike who can't wait to see a prototype. The lead engineer at Facebook London, whom I had the pleasure of meeting recently described our product as exciting and fulfilling a real need facing students/learners the world over.
Our team so far consists of myself ( Economics grad Uni of York 2011)
- I'm the business/creative lead, a Web Designer (3rd year UCL
Computer Science), and an experienced front-end developer (worked with leading organisations such as GSK, Allianz, Aegon). Now we're after our final missing piece - an experienced back-end web developer (technical requirements available at sofmor.com/bewd/ http://sofmor.com/bewd/
I'd be grateful if you could pass on this email to anyone you think might be interested - in return we're not only offering equity but a salary as well - plus the potential rewards are massive - a similar site in America recently raised $5m.
All the best,
Jay Shah Managing Director @ Sofmor
